1. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow [1-3] business days for us to process your order. We process orders between Monday and Friday, and do not ship on weekends.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow processing time. After that, it will take approximately [7-15] business days for delivery depending on your location.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can also use the "Track Order" link in our main menu or log into your Relixcart Account to see the real-time status of your delivery.
4. I ordered multiple items, but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
To get your items to you as fast as possible, we sometimes ship products from different warehouses. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Don't worry, the rest of your order is on the way!
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
6. What is your return and refund policy?
We want you to love your Relixcart purchase! We offer a 14-days return window. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at Support@relixcart.com with your order number, and we will guide you through the return process. Please ensure items are in their original condition.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
